Charlotte Rod and Custom orders are shipped via UPS. We do offer overnight and two day shipping via phone. All sales are considered final.  Any returns must be pre-approved.  All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Returns must be in unopened, undamaged, original packaging.  All returns must be shipped prepaid.  NO C.O.D. returns accepted.  No returns after 30 days of invoice date.
