 | Shipping/Handling & Insurance: |
We charge a 5% shipping & handling charge with each order ($5.00
minimum). Orders are shipped via UPS. We offer overnight and
two day shipping when requested for your convenience.
 | Ordering: |
We are in the development stages for an online shopping cart.
Currently orders can be placed by phone using our toll-free line (800)
529-0232. Please give us a call or email if you need to ask questions
about a specific application or product.
 | Payments: |

Payments must be made in US Funds Only. North Carolina Residents
will be charged applicable sales tax. Personal checks are
accepted, however please allow extra shipping time for checks to clear. Visa, MasterCard
and Discover accepted.
 | Back Orders: |
Back ordered items will automatically ship when the item becomes available.
If a special order has been placed with a manufacturer, customer cannot
cancel the order once it has been submitted to the supplier.
 | Returns: |
All sales are final. All returns must be pre-approved. All
approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns must
be in unopened, undamaged, original packaging. All returns must be
shipped prepaid. NO C.O.D. returns accepted. No returns after 30
days of invoice date.
 | Damaged Items: |
If your order is damaged in shipment, claims must be made with the
delivering carrier.
 | Prices: |
We reserve the right to change prices and company policies without
notice.
